Returns Policy
At Godiam Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item.
Conditions
- The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
- Direct costs of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Personalized jewelry (engraved or manufactured with unique customer specifications).
- Jewelry damaged by misuse or handling.
Refunds
Once the jewelry is received and inspected, we will process the refund of the total purchase amount to the original payment method within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
