Right of Withdrawal
At Godiam Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return the item within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
Exceptions (Non-returnable items)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Jewelry that has been personalized, engraved, or custom-made to client specifications.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Return Process
- Notification: Email us at info@godiamjewelry.com stating your name and order number before the 14-day period expires.
- Shipping: Send the product in its original box and packaging, in perfect condition, to our returns address.
Return Shipping Costs
The direct costs of returning the goods are to be paid by the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the jewelry, we will process a full refund of the purchase price (including original standard delivery costs) within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
