At Godiam Jewelry, every piece is special. To ensure your only concern is enjoying it, we are pleased to offer free, 100% insured shipping on all orders to Spain and Europe.
Delivery Times: Craftsmanship and Transit
The total delivery time for your jewelry is the sum of our Handling/Manufacturing Time and the courier's Transit Time.
The availability of each piece is clearly indicated on its product page.
1. Handling and Manufacturing Time
- In-Stock Jewelry: If the piece is in our inventory, the handling time is 1 to 2 business days. During this period, we conduct a final quality check and securely package your order.
- Made-to-Order Jewelry: If the jewelry is not in stock, our artisans will begin creating it especially for you. This crafting process can take between 7 and 12 business days. High-quality craftsmanship requires time and dedication.
2. Transit Time (Once the package is shipped)
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, these are the estimated transit times:

Total delivery example: A made-to-order piece for a customer in Berlin could take 7-12 business days to craft + 3-5 business days in transit, resulting in an approximate total delivery of 10 to 17 business days.
Important note for shipments outside the EU (including Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla): The recipient is responsible for any tariffs, taxes, or customs fees applicable at the destination. These costs are beyond our control and must be paid by the customer.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop. You can track your shipment's status in real-time on the courier's website.
