Where will I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose and indicate to us in the purchase process (phase II, data form). If you want to give a gift or a wonderful surprise to that special person for you, please indicate it in the Purchase Checkout message and you will receive it directly at the address you provide us for the person you are surprising.

What are the delivery locations?

We ship orders all over Spain, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We also ship to all EU countries. If you are outside the EU and do not want to be left without your GODIAM jewel, contact us at info@godiamaltajoyeria.com and we will inform you about availability and additional shipping costs as soon as possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We produce all our jewellery in an artisanal way, with all the dedication and care that each one requires, and made to your measure. As we indicate in detail in the Shipping and Delivery section of the Purchase Conditions, you will receive your order within a maximum of 25 working days. Depending on the degree of complexity of the production of each Jewel, the delivery time may be shorter. However, if your order is urgent, please let us know by sending us an email to mipedido@godiamaltajoyeria.com. Depending on the nature and characteristics of your piece, we will do everything possible to get it to you sooner.

How can I track the status of my order?
  • If you have placed the order from your account, you can check the status by clicking on “My account” in completed orders. In this case, you will also receive an email from the Transport Company with the shipping code to check it from their website.
  • If you are not registered, and you have placed the order as a Guest, you will be able to check the tracking once you receive the email from the Transport Company with the corresponding shipping code to check it from their website.
How will I receive my jewelry?

Your jewel will be presented in a high-end GODIAM gift box, and always accompanied by its corresponding Quality Certificate. And all of this inside a personalized box from our firm that will guarantee the protection of your jewel during shipping.

What are the shipping costs?

At GODIAM, shipping costs are free to all of Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and to all of Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores) for all orders equal to or greater than €200). Orders under €200 have a shipping cost of €15. For orders sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and the Azores, as well as the rest of the EU countries, shipping costs are free for amounts equal to or greater than €300. For lower amounts, the shipping cost ranges from €10-30 depending on the destination.

What happens if I get my ring size wrong?

We have a complete Size Guide available on our Website to help you find your exact size. However, despite this, we understand that sometimes it can be difficult to correctly calculate the ring size at first. If the measurement requested for your ring is not correct or exact, do not worry. At GODIAM we will adjust the size of your ring again at no additional cost. In this case, the shipping costs (both outbound and return) will be at your expense. If in some unlikely event, you are not correct with this second size change, subsequent changes will have an additional cost of €45. If this new adjustment involves re-engraving and re-plating the Jewel, the additional cost will be €85.

¿Cómo tengo que hacer para devolver un artículo?

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@godiamaltajoyeria.com, notifying us of your decision, and we will tell you how to proceed. It is essential that the item be returned including its original packaging, Certificate of Quality and Authenticity, and any other documents or gift items that may accompany it.

Returned items must be received in perfect condition. Returns of products that are used or have been manipulated will not be accepted. Likewise, returns of personalized or special orders, size adjustments other than the standard previously modified and engravings of the jewel will not be accepted. In any case, both the shipping costs and the management and responsibility for the same will be your responsibility

in this case. For the return, we always recommend using a secure shipping method such as a private transport company or certified mail. Likewise, we recommend properly sealing the package before proceeding with the shipment.

We recommend that you always keep the ticket or receipt from the courier company, which will confirm that you have sent the package.

How long do I have to make a return?

The maximum period to make any return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

Important: products purchased with the GODIAM SPARKLING DAYS, GODIAM ANNIVERSARY and GODIAM BLACK WEEK promotions can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value, or for a credit for its value redeemable at www.godiamaltajoyeria.com with no expiration date. In no case will the purchase amount be refunded during these promotional events.

Important: due to Christmas shopping, we are extending the return period for orders placed between November 25 and December 20 until January 15.

When and how will you receive your refund?

Once our technical team has verified that the item has been received correctly and the return is approved, you will receive the amount of the return in the same way you made your purchase. We will also send you a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of return approval.

I have a design in mind that you don't have on your website, could you make it for me?

With the help of a sketch or a photograph, our expert team of professionals will be able to bring your idea to life, creating a reproduction with the selection of the best raw materials, and personalizing your design according to your needs and budget.
