2. Conditions of Use of the Website

The User undertakes to use the WEB BOUTIQUE and all its content and services in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and this Legal Notice. Likewise, the User undertakes to make appropriate and consistent use of the services and/or contents of the WEB BOUTIQUE and not to use them for illicit or criminal activities, which violate the rights of third parties or infringe any applicable legal standard.

The User's access to our WEB BOUTIQUE does not imply for GODIAM the obligation to control the absence of viruses, worms, or any other harmful computer element. In any case, the User is responsible for the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.

6. Nullity and Ineffectiveness of Clauses

In the event that any clause included in this Legal Notice is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect said provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, with the Legal Notice remaining in force in all other respects and such provision being considered totally or partially not included.

7. Applicable Legislation and Competent Jurisdiction

The content of this Legal Notice shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation.

In case of litigation or any discrepancy arising between GODIAM and the User, both parties waive their own jurisdictions and submit to the rulings and jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of La Coruña.
